This is a 24 hour helpline for Emergency Assistance Insurance, your policy schedule will confirm whether this cover is included in your policy.  

Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses claims: 0330 333 7067 

Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, your policy schedule will confirm whether this cover is included in your policy.

Renewing your policy

Your Landlord Insurance policy will automatically renew each year, unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll send you notifications in advance to let you know when your policy is due to renew.

What if you need to make any changes to your policy?

If you have any questions, or want to make any changes to your Landlord Insurance policy please call us on

You’ll need to let us know if:

  • you’re planning to move home or change address 
  • you want to increase or change the value of your cover 
  • you change your contact email address 
  • the payment details for your policy change
