In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, we’ll be on hand to help you every step of the way.
If you’re the main policyholder, please be aware that you’re responsible for making claims, even if you’re covering members of your family or sharers.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a claim. You can find all the information in your policy wording.
Renewing your policy
Your Tenants Insurance policy will automatically renew each year unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll send you notifications in advance to let you know when your policy is due to renew.
If you need to make any changes to your policy
If you have any questions or want to make any changes to your Tenants Insurance policy, please call us on 0800 035 8258, we’re always happy to help.
It’s really important that you let us know if anything changes, as it may impact your cover and your ability to make a claim.
You’ll need to let us know if:
- you’re planning to move home or change address,
- you want to increase the value of the contents you need to insure,
- the number of sharers on your policy changes,
- you change your contact email address,
- the payment details for your policy change,
- you’re unsure about what you need to keep us informed of.
