Once you've logged in to My HomeLet, you can update your password. You'll need to select the My Account Details tab in My HomeLet.
The password that you set for My HomeLet needs to:
- be at least 8 characters in length
- contain at least one uppercase letter
- contain at least one digit
Alternatively, if you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the My HomeLet login page. Once you're on the page, enter your email address and click the 'Reset password' button.
