Northern Ireland has seen an 3.3% increase in average rental values in October compared to the same period last year, at £592 per month.
Belfast has been named the second best city to live in the UK with the second-lowest unemployment rate (6.5 per cent) and the highest life satisfaction score of the largest 12 cities in the UK. This is despite its residents earning the lowest average salary, of £18,764.
