Wales has seen an increase of 3.9% in average rental values in October compared to the same period in 2015, at £609 per month. 

Cardiff has been named the third best city to live in the UK as one of the cheapest cities based on weekly living costs of £384.60. This compares to an average of £402.95 across all 12 big UK cities, and £426.30 for the UK as a whole.
