My HomeLet Help

With My HomeLet you can view the details of your insurance policy or download your insurance documents and correspondence from us about your policy. Below we provide some useful hints and tips for My HomeLet. 

My HomeLet emails will come from the address "hello@homelet.co.uk". When you first start to receive emails from us, you may need to check your junk or clutter folders and add us to your safe sender or favourites list. This is to make sure you don't miss any important communications about your policy. 


Resetting your password for My HomeLet

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the My HomeLet login page. Once you're on the page follow the quick steps below: 

  • Enter your email address
  • Select the "Reset Password" button

We'll then send you an email with instructions to reset your password and access your account.  


Changing your password for My HomeLet

 Once you've logged in to My HomeLet you can update your password. You'll need to select the My Account Details tab in My HomeLet.  

The password that you set for My HomeLet needs to: 

  • be at least 8 characters in length
  • contain at least one uppercase letter
  • contain at least one digit  

Validating your My HomeLet account

When you first register for My HomeLet we'll ask you to set a password, for security we'll then ask you to validate your email address before you can log in.

  • We'll send you an email that contains a link which says "Activate My HomeLet account".  
  • Simply click the link and we'll confirm that your account has been activated  
  • You'll then be able to log in an access your documentation    

Re-sending the account validation email

If you're unable to login to My HomeLet because you've not yet validated your account, we can resend the account validation email to you.

  • Visit the My HomeLet login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Select the button "Resend Account Validation
