In a ground-breaking deal, The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) have harnessed the power of their 15 estate agency brands, and 150,000 managed properties, to agree a deal with the PIB-Barbon referencing and insurance specialists Let Alliance and HomeLet.

Through the free to use Let Alliance and HomeLet trading platform Vision +, TPFG franchisees, landlords, and tenants, will benefit from the end-to-end proposition, including:

• Tenancy management

• Tenant referencing through the market leading VISTA reference product

• Rent Guarantee & Legal, protecting 150,000 managed properties

• Landlord Rent Guarantee and Legal, protecting some 50,000 let-only transactions every year

• Tenants' contents and liability insurance

• Landlords' buildings and contents insurance

• Tenants’ broadband and media – including EE, Sky and Virgin Media

• Utilities and notices management, including void utilities provision for landlords
