HomeLet welcomes Newton Fallowell as a Principal Account

Newton Fallowell has joined HomeLet as a Principal Account letting agent. As part of this, HomeLet will provide referencing checks on Newton Fallowell’s customers, and a dedicated account management service for all referencing activities. In addition, Newton Fallowell can earn commission from HomeLet’s range of landlord and tenant insurance products.

HomeLet, located in Lincoln, is one of the UK’s largest suppliers to the lettings industry and not only carries out referencing checks on applicants for new tenancies, but also offers a range of insurance products specially designed for tenants and landlords. 
Newton Fallowell is one of the largest estate agents in the East Midlands, and currently has 16 residential sales and lettings branches across the region, including in Leicester, Grantham, Lincoln, and Mansfield.

HomeLet’s Principal Account service is available to letting agencies with four or more branches. As part of this, letting agencies receive the dedicated account management service offered to all agents, plus a few extras that make the relationship work across all outlets. These include tailored price packages, a dedicated referencing line, additional support through office visits and continual training on HomeLet’s products and services.
