HomeLet website shortlisted for prestigious industry award

Posted on 2014-11-07

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted as a finalist in the website category of the 2014/15 Landlord & Letting Awards.

The awards are a highlight for the UK’s vibrant private rented sector, with some of the biggest names in the industry making up many of the finalists and winners every year.

Commenting on the news, Matthew Carter, HomeLet’s Digital Marketing Manager, said: “We made significant improvements to the HomeLet website in 2014, including a full redesign and rebrand, and we’re delighted to be shortlisted for this award."

“We put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and our ongoing programme of development focuses solely on improving user experience. The new website is easier to use, with clear, concise navigation and relevant content – ensuring our customers can always find exactly what they are looking for.

“The website has grown from strength to strength throughout the year, with the results surpassing both our expectations and all of our previous records.

“This award nomination is a testament to the fantastic work that the entire web team has carried out in 2014 – they truly surpassed themselves in the hard work and dedication they put into the project - proving what a wealth of talent we have here at HomeLet.

Jo Ensby, Marketing Manager for AEP Media - who organise the awards - said: “The Landlord & Letting Awards are the premier nationwide private rented sector awards in the UK, and it’s great to be able to recognise and reward the best in the industry.

“The Awards receive industry wide support and grow year on year, and it is encouraging to see so many companies and individuals wanting to take part; many even strive throughout the year to further increase their chances of winning.

“This year’s response was phenomenal, with more entries than ever received across the various categories, so HomeLet has done brilliantly to be shortlisted.”
