HomeLet have been shortlisted for the Supplier of the Year award at the 2011 Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs). The award recognises the supplier who has exceeded their customers’ expectations and delivered an impeccable service throughout the year.
The award for Supplier of the Year is voted for by letting agents across the country that have used the services of the nominated companies. The number of companies still in the running for this sought after award has now been cut down to just ten finalists.
Commenting on the news HomeLet Managing Director, John Boyle explained; “It’s a real honour to be shortlisted for this award, not only because there are so many suppliers to the lettings industry, but because the award is voted for by lettings agents. Those voting for the awards have to give honest feedback on a range of questions that relate to the services provided by nominated companies, which is why the award is so highly valued.”
The winner of the awards will be announced on the 15th April at the ESTAs ceremony which is being hosted by TV personality Phil Spencer, Joshua Rayner of Rayner Recruitment and HomeLet Managing Director John Boyle.
Simon Brown, Managing Director of the ESTAs explains “ESTA agents nominated their favourite suppliers. From an original list of over 100 different firms we now have a shortlist of the TOP 10 suppliers based on customer service ratings from agents. The bronze, silver and gold winners will be announced at the ceremony, but we hope the data we provide to all supplier firms who've taken part provides some valuable feedback from their customer that can help them develop their services accordingly”.
Finally John concluded: “We work closely with many of the letting agents who have also been shortlisted, and support them on a day-to-day basis, which is why I’m so proud to be presenting the awards. We’re delighted to be involved with the ESTAs because they really help to showcase those businesses that are really pushing professionalism forward within the lettings industry.”
