HomeLet Call Centre placed in UK top 20

We’re delighted to share that we’ve been ranked 12th best contact centre out of the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service in the UK.

We believe that business is all about relationships and doing the best we can for our customers. Our industry-leading tenant referencing service handles around 1,500 enquiries daily, all answered by the happy bunch in our Lincoln head office.

The annual awards ranking uses genuine customers to carry out mystery shopping calls. It named our contact centre as one of the country’s outstanding performers based on criteria including ease of use, reliability, knowledgeable staff, timely responses and personalised service.

With congratulations and a big thank you to our referencing colleagues, whose dedication has given us the standing of a top 20 customer service provider next to well-known brands such as Aviva, Barclaycard and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
