Developing our website
Mobile websites, in all forms, have grown at a huge rate not only across the UK, but also across the world. Consumers of all ages now use their mobiles for shopping on-the-go, making more-frequent mobile payments, and connecting to other sales channels (for example, researching products and services on their phone before even making a decision to enter a shop to buy it).
At HomeLet we’re looking to develop our website to improve the overall customer experience, not just for new customers but also for our loyal long-term customers too. One of the ways we aim to do this is to create a mobile website that will not only allow you to buy online, but also to view your policy and policy documents, make amends when you need to and renew it at the end of its term.
